You must be at least 18 years old to purchase security equipment or schedule installation services from ProCam. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

4. Products and Payments

Our website includes outdoor and indoor webcams available for purchase along with installation packages. Hardware sales are final, except as required by law. You acknowledge that you are purchasing physical equipment and contracting us for installation, which is non-refundable once the service has been successfully rendered.

ProCam makes no warranties, expressed or implied, that our webcams will prevent security breaches, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall ProCam or its technicians be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, property theft, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our camera systems, even if ProCam has been notified orally or in writing of such damage.
